WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) provides health and safety details on hazardous products in Canadian workplaces. This online course is for employees handling, using, or storing such materials.

Back Safety and Injury Prevention 2.0

Designed for workers across industries, this training helps foster a safer workplace by promoting awareness and proactive injury prevention. The course is approximately 15 minutes in duration, making it a quick yet impactful addition to any safety program.

This course will teach you why good mental health is important and give you a greater understanding of the signs and symptoms of mental illness, workplace triggers, and the ways in which you can provide the necessary support. Expected duration: 0.47 hours. Register

The Professional Development: Project Management for All program contains six courses which include: Creating a Project Schedule and Budget, Defining a Project Scope and Team, Managing a Project to Minimize Risk and Maximize Quality, Navigating through Changes and Conflicts in Projects, New Project Manager Essentials, and Taking Final Steps to Bring a Project to its Close. The courses are offered as part of the Industry Training Program led by Nova Scotia’s Association of Industry Sector Councils (AISC). The program is made possible by funding from the Province of Nova Scotia – through the various Industry Sector Councils – to assist employers, employees, and provincial job seekers in acquiring valuable skills.
